- A consultation, mentoring session, or personalized session has been scheduled or provided.
- Materials, resources, or downloadable content have been delivered.

Payments made for:
- Course enrollment.

- Mentoring.
- Workshops.
- Events.
- Seat reservations.

- Deposits or partial payments.
Are non-refundable.
Failure to attend, voluntary withdrawal, or the decision not to continue with the program does not entitle the user to a refund.
4. MENTORING AND PERSONALIZED SESSIONS
Individual sessions involve the exclusive reservation of the professional’s or instructor’s time.
For this reason:
- No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance, except in cases of force majeure.
- Late cancellations or failure to attend will result in the loss of the session, except in exceptional situations evaluated by Rodriguez Tax Group.
5. COURSES, PROGRAMS, AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS
For courses, programs, and other digital products:
- No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
- No refunds will be issued due to lack of use or failure to complete the program.
- No refunds will be issued due to personal expectations, change of mind, or subjective dissatisfaction.
Before making a purchase, the user is responsible for carefully reviewing the information, objectives, methodology, requirements, and characteristics of the program.
6. RESCHEDULING
When there is a duly justified force majeure circumstance, Rodriguez Tax Group may authorize the rescheduling of a session, workshop, event, or activity, subject to availability.
Approval of a rescheduling does not imply a refund.
7. BILLING ERRORS
In the event of:
- Duplicate charges.
- Errors on the payment platform.
- Incorrect transactions.
The user must report the situation within five (5) business days following the payment.
Once the case has been verified, the corresponding refund will be issued when an error attributable to the payment process has actually occurred.
8. VOLUNTARY CANCELLATIONS
If the user voluntarily decides to cancel their participation in a course, program, workshop, mentoring session, event, or any other service offered by Rodriguez Tax Group:
- No refund will be issued.
- No account credit will be granted.
- No credit toward future purchases will be generated.
Unless Rodriguez Tax Group determines otherwise on an exceptional basis and in writing.

Requests must be sent to:
